Flat Roofing
Flat roofs fail when the covering ages and splits, usually around joints and upstands. We replace tired felt with EPDM rubber or GRP fibreglass, both of which are laid as a single continuous surface with no seams to open up. The result is a flat roof that shrugs off standing water and lasts far longer than the felt it replaces.

What's included
- Stripping of the old felt covering back to a sound deck
- New or repaired timber deck where needed
- EPDM rubber or GRP fibreglass covering, laid seamless
- New trims, upstands and outlets
- A guarantee on the covering system
How it works
